Shipping Policy
SF Express air freight: Orders under 500 RMB will incur an additional 40 RMB shipping fee. Orders over 500 RMB qualify for free shipping. Delivery takes 3-7 days.
1. Delivery Area and Shipping Fees
Free shipping for orders over 500 RMB in Taiwan and Hong Kong. An additional 3 RMB shipping fee will be added for orders under 500 RMB. Free shipping for orders over 1000 RMB in Singapore and Malaysia. An additional 60 RMB shipping fee will be added for orders under 1000 RMB.
2. Delivery and Arrival Time
Delivery Time: Taiwan: 2-5 business days. Singapore and Malaysia: 5-8 business days.

3. Signature Instructions
When placing an order, please provide an address and contact number where you can sign for the package.
Upon receipt, please inspect the package to ensure it is intact, that the product type and quantity match the order details, and that the shopping list is complete. We do not offer unpacking and inspection of the phone before signing for it.
If the seal on the outer box is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.
However, if the seal is intact or if there are missing materials after unpacking, please contact Hongxi Jewelry's 24-hour online customer service and keep the package in its original condition.
If you are unable to sign for the package in person, please entrust someone else to sign for it and strictly follow the instructions in step 2. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the address specified on the delivery note.
This address can be signed for by anyone, such as at the counter. Delivery is not guaranteed to the designated person.
For risk management reasons, the address and phone number cannot be modified after your order is confirmed. Please ensure that you enter the correct address and phone number when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Effective immediately, orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be held by the shipping company for 5 days. We will notify you via email or private message on the Facebook homepage.
Please reply to the email or contact customer service. Orders that have not been responded to within 5 days will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
4. Returns and Refunds
1. If the item you ordered is defective, you can request a full refund.

3. All returned items, including the product, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents and materials, must be intact and in their original shipping condition. If you have a physical invoice, please return it along with the signed discount slip and other required documentation as required by law. Hongxi Jewelry reserves the right to refuse your return or refund request.

You understand and agree that if a refund is required due to your request for a return or exchange, or due to Hongxi Jewelry being unable to accept all or part of your order, or due to the termination or invalidation of the contract, Hongxi Jewelry may process invoices, discount vouchers, and other documents required by applicable laws and regulations on your behalf.

A3: Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days from the order's shipment date (excluding Sundays).
Q4: What precautions should be taken when signing for and inspecting the goods?
A4: Please ensure that the outer packaging is intact. The recipient may refuse to accept goods if the outer packaging is damaged.
Q5: Do I need to provide identification upon receiving the goods?
A5: No. SF Express couriers only deliver goods to the address specified on the delivery order. Anyone can sign for the goods at that address, such as a counter. Delivery to the designated person is not guaranteed.
