Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return and Exchange Policy

To protect consumer rights, all products have a 7-day acceptance period.

1. For returns or exchanges of defective products, please process within 7 days. We will cover the full refund and shipping costs.

2. For returns or exchanges of non-defective products, please process within 3 days. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

3. Products must be fully packaged and show no signs of wear or use.

Return and Exchange Methods

Step 1:

Please be sure to log in to the order message area and notify us of your return or exchange. Please include the recipient's name, product photos, and the reason for the return. Please also provide your shipping address or other return method.

Step 2:

Exchange / Wait for the shipment to arrive at the designated location, sign for the item, and exchange it.

Returns / We currently offer returns via SF Express.

Freight and Delivery (processing time approximately 2-4 days):

Wait for the shipment to arrive at the designated location. Please be sure to include your remittance information with the shipment. We will promptly arrange a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
